A graduate of Saint Paul University's School of Counselling, Spirituality, and Psychotherapy, I work with adults encountering a number of issues including anxiety, grief and loss, depression, abuse, and family of origin struggles. As a person-centered therapist, I believe that the counselling space is a sacred space, and I endeavor to ensure that my clients feel safe, heard, and understood so that, through the therapeutic relationship, there is growth.
I have an integrative approach: I work from an attachment perspective, and utilize techniques that explore thoughts, feelings, and bodily experiences. In our sessions we will work together to develop a treatment approach for your specific needs, personality, and capacities.
I am supervised by Antoine Quenneville; as such, all or a portion of your fees may be covered by extended insurance.
